Shipping & Delivery
Le'Bulga & Co offers free shipping on merchandise within USA. Your order should arrive within 6-8 business days from the day of the purchase. Unexpected delay may occur in which case you'll be notified by our Costumer Service Representative. Delivering and Processing Charges of flat fee 15$ will apply to all orders placed. Expedite delivery is subject to additional charges. Charge will be made upon your approval only. If you request to change the destination address of a shipment in route , an additional charge may be assessed.
How do I return an item?
We want you to be happy with your purchase, however if you not completely satisfied with your choice, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, and non-defective merchandise. Please contact our Costumer Care Center for farther assistance firstname.lastname@example.org or T. 212 470 8462, and they will issue an RMA number for the merchandise to be shipped back to our center. Without RMA we will not be able processes your return.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes we do. A base shipping charge will be quoted at the time of order placed for your final order approval. Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your returns policy?
We set up the following return structure for your convenience. Any returns must have RMA number. RMA number is issued by our Costumer Service Center firstname.lastname@example.org. You may return unused and undamaged merchandise within 60 days and we'll credit you 100% of purchased price. If you wish to return merchandise after 60 days , 50% of the purchase price will be credited back to your account. D&R handling charges are not subject to a credit back policy. Please allow 14 days for the processing of your return. Personalized and monogrammed orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
